Transactions & Service Delivery
Once payment is successfully processed, the requested service will be scheduled or delivered as per the agreed service description.
Cancellations are only permitted before the service has commenced. Once service initiation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion or as specifically mentioned on the platform for certain services.
No refunds will be provided for completed services, especially for on-demand technical services like SSL installation, domain pointing, or troubleshooting work.
Partial refunds may be considered in cases where the service was not delivered as described, subject to our review.

To initiate a refund claim, please email our support team at support@fixmyhosting.in with:
- Your order reference number
- The exact reason for the refund request
- Any supporting evidence (if applicable)
Refund Approval
The decision to approve or deny a refund request is at the sole discretion of FixMyHosting.com. Additional details or clarifications may be requested before processing any claim.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
